Return/Refund Policy
Refunds: Our return policy is 30 days after the delivery of goods. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an authorized return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us directly at returns@redtabletop.com with the reason for the return. Once a return has been approved, we will send detailed instructions on the return. Please note a 15% fee may be deducted from your original receipt for warehouse restocking costs. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for reasons falling under ‘Buyer’s Remorse’. Buyer’s remorse covers, but is not limited to:
• Accidental order.
• Item no longer needed/wanted.
• Buyer changes mind.
• Buyer thought they were purchasing a different product.
• Found better price.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged and you find a broken item inside, please send an email to returns@redtabletop.com, with photos showing the broken item(s) and the condition of the packaging. Include your name, and order number, and a brief description of the damage. We will respond to your email with further detailed instructions.
NOTE: You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods during the process of filing the claim.
Authorized Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
